Okay......I have been slack at this blogging thing again! : ) Forgive Me!!

I am going to do better. Better planning is what I will be doing! LOL

Hey......I LOST 2.2 MORE POUNDS THIS WEEK!! OH Yeah! I weigh 202.8 pounds. I am still on the right track!!

I am not going to add everyday I missed but I will give you Saturday and Sunday!

For Saturday:

Granola bar 2pts, 3 waffles w/syrup 6.5 pts, cereal with 2% milk,and sugar added LOL 6pts
Gummies 2 pts, Ckn breast 4pts, whole wheat macaroni 3 pts, marinara sauce 2 pts
applesauce 1 pt., cookies 6 pts

total of 32.5 pts
out of 29 points , so I used 3.5 of my 35 weekly flex points leaving me with 31.5 pts!
So I was still in the good! : )

On Sunday:

2 - 90 cal. Kelloggs strawberry bars 3.5 pts
HB w/ low cal mayo , 1 slice bacon, 1/2 slice cheese , tomatoes,mustard, ketchup 15 light chips, 11.5 pts.
2 fudge bars for snacks 1 pt each = 2 pts
2 tomatoes sandwiches on whole wheat buns and low cal mayo and chips 6 pts
applesauce 1 pt
yogurt 1 pt
total of 25 pts. WOW I didn't even use all my points!!

New week starts today. I will try to write my blog when I get off at 3 am in the morning!!
