Here is the eating plan for Tuesday and Wednesday!
I am not going to put it in any particular order, Just gonna let you know what I had LOL :)
Tuesday:
HBhelper, 20 chips (Light), 2 - 90 Cal. bars, fudge bar, apple, egg quiche
24 points!!
Wednesday:
Egg/Bacon on Toast 7 pts
Small chef salad w/Ranch dressing (recommend on side)- 5 pts
fudge bar 1 pt
toss salad 2 pts because it had a little cheese - otherwise 0 pts!!!
lean pocket 7 pts
ww bar 2 pts
cereal and milk 6 pts
total- 30 points -- so I used 1 of my weekly 35 points .....Still in the Good LOL
This is just too easy!!
