Okay......I didn't go and weigh today. I had so many things to do!

Breakfast: 3 Eggo Waffles with 2 tbsp. of syrup w/ 1 cup international coffe =9.5 points

snack: wheat soft taco with ham, lettuce,tomato, & pickles with 1 tsp. of ranch dressing 5 pts

Lunch: 2 oz. baked chicken with wheat macaroni noodles, corn, and broccoli cheese rice 6.5 pts.

Supper: Lean Cuisine (Pepperoni Pizza) 7 pts

snack: 100 cal. strudel 1pt

total 29

I stayed within my points . YIPPEE!!

I am allowed 29 per day. I try not to go over, but you are allowed 35 extra points per week (if you need them or you have a special day.....birthday, anniversary, etc.)
