I am thankful for.....

1. Saturday Mornings ....... when I get to sleep late!!

2. MY hubby & KIDs

3. My Friends.....they make my day!!

4. my weight watchers (SWEETS) I get to cheat, only I am not cheating LOL

5. my size 14 pants I bought yesterday.....down from size 18 ....was a size 20 a few months back LOL :)

1. my hubby.....he just doesn't how much <3

2. the nice cool weather we are having......I am so hot natured LOL

3. Being able to work......and enjoying it! LOL


4. my kids (Courtney & Cody)....... they may not be perfect.....but they are to me!! I love them!!


5. Friends who are there when I need them.....which is most of the time!! I have SO MANY !! LOL

I have a myspace friend, Candy, who started putting down 5 things she was thankful for everyday. I have another church friend, Rhonda, who also is doing the same thing. So.....I got to thinking....that is such a great idea! :)

Here are 5 things I am thankful for:

1. God/Jesus

2. My family and our health- Keith*my sweet hubby*, Courtney* my adorable daughter* , and Cody *my sweet son*---I love them So : )

3. My Job- I may not want to go to work lol, however I praise God that I do have one to provide for my family. He is our GREAT PROVIDER!!

4. MY CHURCH FAMILY!! (Most of all: Pastor Eric & Gena) I have several friends at church who are such inspirations to me!!

5. Being able to share my christian faith without being arrested for it!!!

I guess I am only gonna write 1 time per week LOL .....I hope I begin to write more soon!

Anyway....I have really done well so far, by the grace of God!

Here are some of my meals I had this week.
I really do need to have better planning! (I know Lesia would agree with me on this one LOL)

Friday:

Breakfast 2 eggs(scrambled), w/ 2 pcs regular toast 7 pts

lunch 1 grilled steak soft Taco from Taco BEll (FRESCO STYLE) 3 pts

supper 1 salad from dominos topped with an extra taco bought at lunch LOL 6 points

snacks ....I had 4 (2pt items throughout the day) = 8 pts

(** 100 cal snacks are 2 points and so are the 90 cal granola bars)

Total for the day ---- 24 :)

Saturday

This was a WILD day!! : O

breakfast 2 blueberry Kelloggs 90 cal bars 3.5

snack *******Hand Scooped Malt Shake form Hardees!! 17 points OUCH :(

1 grande Coffee Frappucino Light Blended Coffee Without whip topping 2 Pts :)

2 more Blueberry bars 3.5

tomato sandwiches (2 of them) 4 points

Total of 30 pts .....went over by 1 which is OKAY! WHEW!

SUNDAY......DID I BLOW THIS DAY!

Started out really good.

1 of my fat free/sugar free frapuccino 2 pts

3 EGGO Nutri-grain waffles with Syrup and OJ.......6pts

Then I ate........@ Fiestas !!! OH NO!!

Leon Combo( Chicken enchilada and chicken burrito topped with lettuce,tomato and sour cream) YUMMY!!
and 12 of the chips with salsa

Believe it or not 17 pts LOL

Wendy's Side salad with WEight watchers cheese 2pts
yogurt 1 pt.

my total points for the day........28 ......I did better than I thought....

Monday

Breakfast

1 large fried egg with 1 strawberry fiber one pastry 5 pts

pretzels 2 pts

2 grilled cheese w/whole wheat lite 5.5 pts

lean cuisine pizza 6 pts
snacks 10 pts

(had 100 cal snacks, yogurt , etc.)

Total points for the day......28.5


Tuesday



BREAKFAST: Thomas Light English Muffin with 2 tsp cream cheese 1.5 pts

Lunch: meatloaf lean cuisine 5 pts

Supper: Wendy's side salad ..... with Weight Watchers Cheese and croutons - 5.5 pts

medium FROSTY....10 pts

snacks 2 (2 pts snacks)

26 points


Well that is how my week went ......and by the way.....I am down to 199 !!!!
I am finally under 200 YIPPEE!!!

Hello,

Here is the eating plan for Tuesday and Wednesday!
I am not going to put it in any particular order, Just gonna let you know what I had LOL :)

Tuesday:
HBhelper, 20 chips (Light), 2 - 90 Cal. bars, fudge bar, apple, egg quiche

24 points!!

Wednesday:
Egg/Bacon on Toast 7 pts

Small chef salad w/Ranch dressing (recommend on side)- 5 pts
fudge bar 1 pt
toss salad 2 pts because it had a little cheese - otherwise 0 pts!!!
lean pocket 7 pts
ww bar 2 pts
cereal and milk 6 pts

total- 30 points -- so I used 1 of my weekly 35 points .....Still in the Good LOL

This is just too easy!!

Hey All,

Here is what I ate today.(meaning Monday October 13) I work 1/2 of 3rd you know......

Breakfast: egg mcmuffin and water = 7 pts

snacks: mini cookies x 2 = 4 pts
fudge bar= 1 pt.
Gummies = 2pt.
apple = 1 pt.
Yogurt= 1 pt.


lunch: 2 tomato sandwiches on bun with pickles and light mayo= 5 pts

Supper: Lean pocket (Steak and Cheese) 7 pts.

water, water, water, and so on.

A total of 28 points.........somehow I had 1 point left over!!

This was a good day....and oh., by the way.......I weighed on my scale tonight and I weighed 201.7 .....CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT IT WILL BE AFTER REST AND GET UP IN THE MORNING :D

Okay......I have been slack at this blogging thing again! : ) Forgive Me!!

I am going to do better. Better planning is what I will be doing! LOL

Hey......I LOST 2.2 MORE POUNDS THIS WEEK!! OH Yeah! I weigh 202.8 pounds. I am still on the right track!!

I am not going to add everyday I missed but I will give you Saturday and Sunday!

For Saturday:

Granola bar 2pts, 3 waffles w/syrup 6.5 pts, cereal with 2% milk,and sugar added LOL 6pts
Gummies 2 pts, Ckn breast 4pts, whole wheat macaroni 3 pts, marinara sauce 2 pts
applesauce 1 pt., cookies 6 pts

total of 32.5 pts
out of 29 points , so I used 3.5 of my 35 weekly flex points leaving me with 31.5 pts!
So I was still in the good! : )

On Sunday:

2 - 90 cal. Kelloggs strawberry bars 3.5 pts
HB w/ low cal mayo , 1 slice bacon, 1/2 slice cheese , tomatoes,mustard, ketchup 15 light chips, 11.5 pts.
2 fudge bars for snacks 1 pt each = 2 pts
2 tomatoes sandwiches on whole wheat buns and low cal mayo and chips 6 pts
applesauce 1 pt
yogurt 1 pt
total of 25 pts. WOW I didn't even use all my points!!

New week starts today. I will try to write my blog when I get off at 3 am in the morning!!

Okay .....Here is what I had to eat for Monday, October 6

Breakfast : Egg Mcmuffin 7 pts / Coffee w/non-dairy french vanilla cream & splenda 1 pt
snack: 1 apple - 1pt
Lunch : Lean Pockets (Meatball &Cheese) 2 of them LOL 11.5 pts
Supper: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, 1 0z. cheese, fat free light french dressing, 2 hard boiled eggs,
salad toppings 6 pts

snack : grapes (1 cup) 1 pt

coffee again at work - 1 pt

Total points for the day = 28.5

Not too bad!!
Had a good day at work.......But please pray for my Co-worker, her sister and family.
She had an aneurysm and is on life support. Pray for God's will in this situation. She is supposed to meet this morning @ 8:30 am to discuss taking her off. They don't want to choose .

Okay.....I went to weight watchers this morning. I did lose 1.2 pounds from last weigh-in. I am now at 205. I don't know what to think about my scales!! I guess I shouldn't weigh on them everyday. So....starting from today......I will only weigh on them the day of or the day before. This way I want be all upset that I only lost a pound. Don't get me wrong ..... a pound a week is still worth it! It is better than not losing at all!! LOL

I just got my hope all set for the 203.4*

From now on I will just give you what I weighed in at the Weight Watchers Meetings!

I am going to try so much harder this week. I did not drink my water last week as I should have.....that may be my problem. Well I will let you know tomorrow what I ate and the points. I think I am going to go down from 29 points to 28. Sounds good to me!

Okay......I didn't go and weigh today. I had so many things to do!

Breakfast: 3 Eggo Waffles with 2 tbsp. of syrup w/ 1 cup international coffe =9.5 points

snack: wheat soft taco with ham, lettuce,tomato, & pickles with 1 tsp. of ranch dressing 5 pts

Lunch: 2 oz. baked chicken with wheat macaroni noodles, corn, and broccoli cheese rice 6.5 pts.

Supper: Lean Cuisine (Pepperoni Pizza) 7 pts

snack: 100 cal. strudel 1pt

total 29

I stayed within my points . YIPPEE!!

I am allowed 29 per day. I try not to go over, but you are allowed 35 extra points per week (if you need them or you have a special day.....birthday, anniversary, etc.)

Wow.....I didn't write yesterday.....I guess maybe I will be a random blogger - LOL

Anyway, had a good day yesterday! My legs are swollen from who knows?? They are red again, just like when the doctor said I had Cellulitis ( infection in the legs). I think Maybe it is just bad circulation. I am going to have to find me another doctor. Does anyone know of one??

Well weigh in is tomorrow.....and the scales don't lie. I will most definitely let you know the results.

Starting next week .......I think I will start putting what I do and eat for the day!

Sorry I didn't blog yesterday! (for those who are keeping up with my weight loss)

I really don't have any new News to discuss. I had an okay day yesterday and today has been so so. Weight Watchers has really been easy so far. I am told that it gets harder. (We'll See)

I did find out however that Taco Bell has a Fresco Menu. I like the 2 soft tacos with Grilled Steak. You have to order it from the Fresco Menu or it means more calories and fat! LOL

It is worth 3pts for one and 7 pts for two of them. They taste great. I have also found that the WW fudge bars are 1 pt. each, but if you eat 2 servings at once, it equals 4 pts. So, I guess I better stick to one - LOL

Oh Well, until tomorrow.
